By accessing or using the TekTrakker platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
TekTrakker is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are billed in advance of the service period.
TekTrakker maintains an open public marketplace connecting consumers with professional service organizations. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised by our providers. Any transactions or agreements formed are solely between the consumer and the service provider.
Our platform employs artificial intelligence, including autonomous pricing algorithms and chatbots, to assist in business operations. While we strive for accuracy, TekTrakker is not liable for misquotes, algorithmic errors, or business losses resulting from AI-generated actions.
TekTrakker provides access to these Artificial Intelligence (AI) features subject to usage limits. We monitor and track AI usage to prevent abuse and manage platform stability. TekTrakker reserves the right to restrict, limit, or revoke access to AI functions at any time, in its sole discretion. We may implement rate limits, token quotas, or introduce additional fees for excessive usage without prior notice.
By using our ATS and Career Pages, you agree to comply with all applicable local and federal employment laws. TekTrakker acts solely as a data processor for recruitment materials submitted through our platform.
Strict No-Refund Policy: TekTrakker does not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused months.
Cancellation Access: If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will remain active and accessible until the end of your current paid billing cycle. At the conclusion of that period, your access will be terminated, and no further charges will be applied.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our service.
By registering for our services, you consent to receive automated and transactional SMS messages and emails. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP". Organizations utilizing our messaging API agree to maintain strict adherence to A2P 10DLC compliance and TCPA regulations.
TekTrakker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
